Disability Action Plan

Adelaide Hills Council is committed to creating and supporting an environment that is free of discrimination and that promotes access and inclusion for people with disabilities.

The Disability Action Plan 2011-2016 has been developed to guide Council's decision-making in the inclusion of people with disabilities. It has been developed in response to the Disability Discrimination Act (1992).

The plan is designed to focus the efforts of Council, staff and the community towards achieving a truly inclusive environment for all residents and visitors. It has been lodged with the Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission.
