We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the dedicated team that deliver Council and library customer service to our community.

Based across Council's multiple service centres, you will have a strong track record delivering exceptional library and/or Council customer service. You will have experience using computerised information systems, PC applications and on-line resources and have a confident approach to emerging technologies including digital resources. You will need a flexible approach to accommodate a rotating roster across Council's service centres. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be critical to your success in this role.

As part of Council's Safe Environments Policy, a satisfactory National Police Certificate is required (or be willing to undertake).

Team Leader Outreach Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to lead and motivate the team that delivers mobile and home library services to our community and to manage library service volunteers. 

Primarily based at the Coventry Library, Stirling, you will have previous experience planning, delivering and evaluating outreach services to meet customers' needs. You will have a strong track record leading a responsive, customer-focused team and selecting and supervising volunteers. Your excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage your time will be critical to your success in this role. A Diploma in Library and Information Services (or other relevant qualification) or an equivalent level of expertise and experience is required.

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to directly support our Services Coordinator by leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Officers.

Primarily based at the Coventry Library, Stirling, you will have previous experience leading a responsive, customer-focused team and role modelling organisational values and associated behaviours. You will have a strong track record delivering exceptional library and/or Council customer service. You will have experience using computerised information systems, PC applications and on-line resources. Your excellent problem solving and communication skills will be critical to your success in this role.

This is a prescribed position under the Children's Protection Act 1993 (SA).  As part of Council's Safe Environments Policy, a satisfactory DCSI Child-Related Employment Screening assessment is required (or be willing to undertake).
