We will be hosting a series of three masterclasses that explore the nuts and bolts to make you a more successful and adaptive community leader.
You will draw on the latest research as you develop skills in:
- character strengths - knowing your own and how to use them in leadership
- working towards a common agenda - how to create shared directions and ideas
- giving and receiving feedback - positive conflict resolution
These masterclasses will be delivered free of charge and are suitable for people on committees, part of community groups or aspiring to lead their own community event and initative.
Masterclasses are free and bookings are essential. For further information please contact Judith Gooden, Project Officer on 8408 0400 or register via the links below.
