The State Coordinator-General, Jim Hallion has recently determined that the residential land division at the former Magill Training Centre at 23-63 Glen Stuart Road Woodforde by Devine Communities is of economic significance to the State. Mr Hallion has determined that the State Development Assessment Commission is the most appropriate planning authority to consider the proposal for 290 new allotments which will be constructed in four stages if approved. The land division includes super-lots, which creates the potential for approximately 370 new dwellings.
The development is currently on public notification until 15 December 2015 and can be viewed during business hours at Adelaide Hills Council customer service centres:
- 63 Mount Barker Road, Stirling
- 26 Onkaparinga Valley Road, Woodside
- The Summit Community Centre
1 Crescent Drive, Norton Summit
9am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
Persons entitled to be notified of the development may send in a written submission to the Development Assessment Commission by 15 December 2015.
