Be a part of the Adelaide Hills Heritage, Arts and Culture Hub

We are seeking contributions and ideas from the local community that will help us establish the future of the Old Onkaparinga Woollen Mills in Lobethal. This site is an iconic part of the hills, steeped in local history, and since closing operations in 1991 the site has been an incubator for local business and tourism. Now the Masterplan for the site has identified a significant area within it for a heritage, arts and culture hub.

The Old Onkaparinga Woollen Mill is an important community space and as such we want to form a working group that represents local interest and vision.

The hub has the potential to be a multi-purposed space and include visual art galleries, pop-up exhibitions, workshops, social enterprise activity and much more.

Those interested in being considered for membership of the working group, or that would like to contribute ideas and suggestions for the hub, should contact Council.

Expressions of interest close Friday 21 October 2016.
