Retirement Villages

​The Adelaide Hills Council operates a retirement village located in Bridgewater. These units offer independent living for people aged over 55 years who wish to move to a smaller home but remain near family and friends.

The village is located at:
Bridgewater (FH Todd Retirement Cottages)
1 Second Avenue, Bridgewater
Six independent living two bedroom units

Council previously owned retirement villages at Balhannah, Crafers, Gumeracha, Lobethal and Woodside. These were sold to Clayton Church Homes Inc. on 26 October 2018.
