The principal office of the Adelaide Hills Council, for the purposes of Section 45 of the Local Government Act 1999, is 63 Mount Barker Road Stirling. The principal office is open to the public for the transaction of business at the times listed under Council Service Centres, below.

Council Service Centres

Gumeracha Civic Centre | 45 Albert Street, Gumeracha
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 12pm
Tuesday and Thursday 2pm - 5pm
Parking is available at the front and to the oval-side of the building.

Stirling Service Centre | 63 Mt Barker Road, Stirling (Principal Office)
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Parking is available on Mt Barker Road, or in public car parks tiered behind the Council building (access via Merrion Terrace); different time limits apply.

Woodside Service Centre | 26 Onkaparinga Valley Road, Woodside
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 8pm
Limited parking is available in front of the service centre, with extensive parking behind the building (access via Onkaparinga Valley Road near the public gardens, or Nairne Road behind the Woodside Institute).

Gumeracha Library | 45 Albert Street, Gumeracha
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 12pm
Tuesday and Thursday 2pm - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 1pm
Parking is available at the front and to the oval-side of the building.

Coventry Library | 63 Mt Barker Road, Stirling
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am - 6pm
Thursday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday 1pm - 5pm
Two and three hour parking is available on Mt Barker Road, or in public car parks tiered behind the Council building (access via Merrion Terrace).

Woodside Library | 26 Onkaparinga Valley Road, Woodside
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 2pm
Limited parking is available in front of the service centre.

The Summit Community Centre | 4 The Crescent Drive, Norton Summit | 8390 0457
Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm
Parking is available up-hill next to the Community Centre; limited parks are also available in front of the park-side of the building.

Torrens Valley Community Centre | 45 Albert Street, Gumeracha | 8389 1711
Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm
(Self service library also available during these times)
Parking is available at the front and to the oval-side of the building.

Waste Transfer Station

Heathfield Resource Recovery Centre
Scott Creek Road, Heathfield
Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm
Saturday and Sunday | 9:00am - 4:00pm
Closed on catastrophic fire days, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.
