On an 'Extreme' or 'Catastrophic' fire danger day, Council services may be closed if the fire danger rating is above 'Extreme 75' for the 'Mount Lofty Ranges' district. View the services that may be affected.

Office hours

Opening hours are different for the Christmas and New Year period.

The principal office of Adelaide Hills Council is 63 Mount Barker Road, Stirling.

9:00am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Closed on public holidays
May be affected by declared Extreme and Catastrophic Fire Danger Days.

Records management

In accordance with the State Records Act 1997, any correspondence to Elected Members or Council's administration must be registered in Council's records management systems once received. Under the Freedom of Information Act 1991 certain records must be released on application subject to specific provisions of the Act being met.

There are safeguards in place to ensure information is securely stored and only released via appropriate channels.
