Honour Boards of the Adelaide Hills

Following the publication of The Monuments of the Adelaide Hills in April 2015, Council is pleased to release the publication The Honour Boards of the Adelaide Hills in April 2016. This publication provides a comprehensive coverage of the Honour Boards that list those residents of the Adelaide Hills who served and, in so many tragic cases, paid the supreme sacrifice in the wars involving our nation.

With thanks to a grant from the ANZAC Day Commemoration Council and the Department of Treasury and Finance, Government of South Australia, Council was able to conduct research with RSL groups, schools, community groups, history groups, and the general community to locate, restore and document these important historical markers.

Copies of this publication are now available from Adelaide Hills Libraries - all proceeds from donations to purchase a copy go towards SOLDIER ON.

Alternatively you can click here to download a copy online.

Council acknowledges that we conduct our business on the traditional lands and waters of the Peramangk and Kaurna people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging as the Custodians of this ancient and beautiful land.
