Calling all little artists: Join our A-Z Adventure!

Do you have a preschooler who loves to draw? The Adelaide Hills Council Library Service, Mt Lofty Kindergym, and the Hills Community Toy Library are excited to invite your child to participate in our A-Z Adventure project.

We are calling on young artists to illustrate an alphabet, naming things in the world around them. Your child can choose one or several letters, use any drawing tools or media they like, and let their creativity shine!

For those interested, there's an exciting opportunity to submit their artwork to a competition. From these submissions, 26 entries will be selected to represent each letter of the alphabet in a published interactive and keepsake poster. Please note that children's artworks may not be returned at the conclusion of the project.

Everyone who participates will be invited to our launch party and exhibition planned for April. This will be a wonderful occasion to celebrate the children's creativity, enjoy a fun-filled party, and connect with the community.

Download the drawing form, or drawing forms can be collected, and artworks submitted by the 15th of March 2025 at all our library branches, Mt Lofty Kindergym, and the Hills Community Toy Library.
