Community projects will be funded through almost $200,000 in Community Grant funding

Recipients of the 2023-2024 community grants have been announced.

Community projects will be funded through almost $200,000 in Community Grant funding

The 2023-2024 community grant recipients have been announced with almost $200,000 in Community Grants funding being set for community projects.

Each year, Council provides grant funding to assist local non-profit community groups and organisations to establish and undertake innovative projects or activities that align with our Strategic Plan and have a positive impact on our community.

Council has committed $147,231 in Community and Recreation Facility Grants through the 2023-2024 program.

There were 18 applications for Community Recreation and Facility Grants, and of those 10 have been awarded funding.
