Council recognised as MobileMuster top collector

Adelaide Hills Council has been recognised by MobileMuster with a top collector award for collecting 87 kilograms of mobile phones and accessories.

MobileMuster is a free, not for profit recycling program that is voluntarily funded by the Australian telecommunications industry. The government accredited stewardship scheme works to encourage community members to recycle old or unused mobile phones to avoid electronic waste ending up in landfill.

Through MobileMuster you can recycle old or broken mobile phones, chargers, and accessories. You can find out more about MobileMuster at mobilemuster.com.au

Still have an old Nokia 3310 laying around home? Why not do some good with your old phone and drop it to a MobileMuster collection point at our Council Service Centres in Woodside and Stirling.
