Gumeracha library refurbishment delights for all ages

The Gumeracha Library has undergone its first major upgrade after 20 years to make the space more welcoming and user-friendly.

Visitors are welcomed with inviting and accessible service desks for the Library, Customer Service, and the Community Centre.

The foyer has also been updated with new furniture that ties into the library space, but still gives a nod to local history by featuring some heritage items.

A walk to the back corner of the library and visitors will find the perfect spot to engage young minds. The children's space has been designed creatively with a cozy nook and fun play areas.

Those looking to study, work or settle in with a great book will find cozy and comfortable reading and sitting areas.

The library space has been transformed with new shelving to create flexibility and to house the 5000 strong library collection.
