Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II official period of mourning

In recognition of the official period of mourning following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Coventry Library in Stirling will be illuminated in royal purple each evening.

Council’s service centres, community centres and libraries will be closed on Thursday 22 September for the National Day of Mourning. The Heathfield Resource Recovery Centre will be open and East Waste kerbside collections, including scheduled hard waste, will occur as usual.
