New Communications Boards erected in Sherry Park Mylor and Protea Reserve Crafers
Two communication boards have been erected in our latest play space upgrades at Sherry Park, Mylor and Protea Reserve, Crafers as part of a pilot project. These boards enable communication, inclusion and interaction for all.
We worked in conjunction with the AHC Access and Inclusion Advisory Group, and Two Way Street(External link) who specialise in developing these communication boards, which are unique for each site.
During this trial period we would love to hear back from members in the community who visit our play spaces. Can you share with us how useful and effective you think these boards are? We would like to know if they support the needs of those with different abilities, language development and communication needs.
Telling us if and how you may have used the boards will help us understand the need and value for them in our community.
Opportunity to provide feedback closes 30 April 2025.
