National Emergency Medal awarded for Cudlee Creek Bushfire Response

John McArthur, Coordinator Emergency Management and Landfills at Adelaide Hills Council was recently honoured with a National Emergency Medal for his outstanding contribution during the 2019-2020 Cudlee Creek Bushfire.

John’s dedication to providing a safe and effective response during the emergency and a well-supported community through the transition to recovery is a testament to his leadership.

The National Emergency Medal is awarded to those who have rendered sustained or significant service during nationally significant emergencies.
