In his 20 years of leadership experience in local government, David has overseen portfolios including engineering, parks and biodiversity, asset and project management, community development, communications and engagement, libraries, customer service and economic development. He has been with Adelaide Hills Council since 2010 and previously worked in metropolitan and regional areas both here and interstate.
