Zoë Gill
Zoë oversees the Governance and Risk areas of Council, particularly ensuring good governance practices for Council. Her team is pivotal in providing support to the Mayor, the Elected Member body, and our dedicated staff across the organisation to provide accountable and transparent decision making and ensure we meet our legislative obligations.
Zoë brings a wealth of experience to our team, holding a law degree and a doctorate in politics. Over the course of her career, she has accumulated nearly two decades of public service experience, contributing her expertise to various organisation’s such as the Parliamentary Library, the Department of Health, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, and the Tasmanian Commission of Inquiry into the Tasmanian Government's Responses to Child Sexual Abuse in Institutional Settings. Zoë joined Adelaide Hills Council in February 2024.
