About the Role – Field Supervisor - Gumeracha Depot

  • Reference number 388
  • General Officer Level 4: $92,409.81 - $99,112.60 (FTE) plus superannuation
  • Full Time position

The Field Supervisor provides leadership and direction to Field employees to achieve effective and efficient service provision to the community. The incumbent will communicate and work collaboratively with other employees, customers and stakeholders to meet organisational service standards and develop and maintain a safe and positive workplace culture.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction or extensive experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a large group of workers
  • Demonstrated experience in Civil maintenance or construction.
  • Current Australian Driver’s License
  • A valid National Police Certificate which is satisfactory to the Council’s requirements will be required before the successful applicant can commence in this position.
