Be present in the moment while gaining insights into the symbolism of the mandala with artist Anne Griffiths.

Using watercolour paints and pens you will learn the techniques of creating an incredibly mindful and intuitive mandala.

You will design your mandala through the layering of colour, line and pattern because working in this way can be calming and meditative.

By the end of the session you will have gained the confidence to further explore mandala painting at home.

About the workshop facilitator

Anne is an artist and educator living in the Adelaide Hills. Working predominantly in watercolours and textiles Anne often combines painting, stitch and felt, with the intention on connecting with nature.

"From seed pods and blooms to regeneration, the cycles of nature relate to our own cycles of life. There is a natural geometry in every process of this connection. Being present in nature confirms our place in the cycles of life" This is Anne's personal philosophy
