Technology
Adelaide Hills Council Libraries offer access to public computers at Coventry Library, Stirling, Gumeracha and Woodside Libraries.
Bookings may be required during busy periods.
We have iPads for children to use within the library while visiting. Please ask staff if you would like to borrow one.
The Coventry Library, Stirling has two PS4 for use withing the library while visiting. Please ask staff if you would like to use one.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available at all Adelaide Hills Council Libraries as well as The Summit Community Centre at Norton Summit.

No passwords are required, but you will be asked to agree to terms and conditions before connecting.
Printing and photocopying
Printing, photocopying and scanning to USB is available at Coventry Library, Stirling, Gumeracha and Woodside Libraries. We also offer 3D printing at Coventry Library, Stirling.
You don't need to be using one of our computers to use our printing service, you can use your personal computer or mobile device wherever you are, to print to any of our libraries.
There is a small price for printing and photocopying (see table below)

3D printing
Create your own 3D prints using SketchUpTM, or use existing models from websites like ThingiverseTM.
- Complete the Online Application Form and send the application form and your 3D print stl file via the email address below
- You will receive an email confirmation that your printing request has been received
- When the job is complete, you will be notified via email along with the total cost
- The maximum dimensions for 3D prints are 227mm L x 148mm W x 150mm H
- The cost of a print job is $5.00 per item plus $0.05 per gram of filament
- Requests will be completed and ready for collection within 10 working days
- Library staff cannot guarantee that a print job will be successful
Please review these terms and conditions before submitting your file:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the 3D print is a stl file and correct size
- All 3D prints must comply with the copyright laws of Australia. For more information and fact sheets, please visit the Australian Copyright Council website
- Library staff cannot assist with model design or software use
- Library staff are not responsible for any damage during the removal from the build plate
- Reserve the right to refuse any print job at its discretion, including content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- May cause harm
- Contains explicit material or endangers minors' safety
- Adelaide Hills Council Libraries are not liable for any legal, functional or security issues related to the print or data
- Refunds will not issued for prints that don't meet expectations
- That uncollected prints will be disposed of after 28 days
- Only PLA filament will be used for 3D printing
Scanning
Scanning to a USB is available on our printers at all Adelaide Hills Council libraries, free of charge.
