Ticket covers all six sessions: 15, 22, 29 August, and 5, 12, 19 September

6.20pm login via Teams for 6.30pm sharp start.

This course will provide participants with practical skills in Australian Sign Language, Auslan.

The ability to communicate with people who are deaf and or hard of hearing can be helpful in teaching, childcare, community welfare, public service and health positions in our community.

In six weeks' worth of Teams (online) sessions detailing fingerspelling, family, food, colour/shape, feelings, clothes and deaf conventions of conversation, you will have a supported guide of the basics.

Resources will be shared to continue passionate community engagement and learning of this beautiful and useful language via a group, so that your learning can be personalised to your needs.

Recordings will be provided approximately 24 hours after each session. The Teams group will be provided resources for the following week.
