Join the Lenswood & Forest Range Community Association for an unforgettable evening of celebration as they acknowledge the winter season and encourage the spring with their Annual Orchard Wassail event.

Located at Lenswood Memorial Park, this gathering promises to be a night of merriment and cheer for the whole family. The orchard-visiting wassail refers to the ancient custom of visiting orchards in cider-producing regions of England, reciting incantations and singing to the trees to promote a good harvest for the coming year. A social event for the community with a local version of the English tradition. The event includes a bonfire, music, poetry reading, BBQ, apple crumble and mulled cider.
