The Strategic Plan sets out our vision and guiding principles and includes key areas of focus for the future. It highlights areas for special attention and where we will be directing our efforts.

Council invites you to comment on our Draft Strategic Plan by 5pm, 24 September.

Join Council at this in-person information session at The Summit Community Centre at Norton Summit. This session includes a short presentation followed by an opportunity to provide your feedback, chat and ask questions, with staff and Elected Members.

There are two other information sessions:
