Beginners Linocut for Fabric Printing

This class is designed for adults and mature teenagers aged 16+.

Enjoy a creative Saturday learning to design and carve fabric block printing stamps from lino. Various techniques will be covered including how to create different marks with different tools, how to come up with a simple yet effective design (examples and templates will also be available), transfer to your lino block, and how to print using various approaches to colour and transfer.

Most materials included in the price, but please BYO cotton fabrics to print on i.e. tote bags and t-shirts (three items max per person, smooth fabric works best).
