Spark flow at the free outdoor pop-up to ignite connection with yourself, each other and the environment around you on the Stirling Library Lawns.
Everyone is welcome! No need to bring a mat, enjoy your feet on the grass. Come as you are, no yoga experience (or lycra) necessary! No need to book, it's free, just turn up.
