Imaginative and practical ways to combine your story with images to create a handmade book.
We all collect photos, some of us write poetry, some of us write prose, and some of us draw and paint. Julia will show a variety of ways that artists and writers have collaborated or worked on their own to produce handmade books that preserve their memories and inspire their readers.
She will provide materials and ideas to help you create your own handmade book of memories, with or without a partner. Bring your own stories, poems, photos and found images/objects to add to the mix.
